‍These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of all services, products, and programmes offered by ALIGNED WE THRIVE Ltd., trading as Genius Positioning (“we”, “us”, “our”), including but not limited to the Genius Positioning Program, associated digital content, and our website https://www.geniuspositioning.com.

By accessing our website, purchasing any product, or enrolling in any programme, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. About the Programme
The Genius Positioning Program is a hybrid group coaching experience. It includes:

1:1 human design analysis (Phase One)
Group coaching calls delivered via Zoom
Pre-recorded modules and resources hosted on the Skool platform
Access to a private online community

The programme is designed to help business owners uncover their genius, strategically position their brand, and build sustainable systems. Results may vary.

2. Payments & Refund Policy
All purchases are processed securely via ThriveCart and Stripe, our authorised third-party payment processors. Prices are listed in USD ($) and/or GBP (£).
Full payment is required upon enrolment unless a payment plan is offered. Payment plans must be completed in full. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or removal from the programme without refund.

We do not offer full refunds.
However, we offer a partial refund guarantee:

After completing Phase One (your 1:1 Genius Analysis session), if you feel the programme is not right for you, you may request a refund of 75% of the total programme fee.
This request must be submitted in writing within 3 calendar days of completing your 1:1 session.
No refunds will be given after this period or once Phase Two has begun.
No partial refunds are available for missed sessions, change of mind, or lack of implementation.

3. Intellectual Property
All content provided through our website, programmes, and emails, including but not limited to templates, workbooks, course modules, frameworks, recordings, and community posts, is the intellectual property of ALIGNED WE THRIVE Ltd. and protected by copyright law.

You may not copy, share, republish, modify, resell, or distribute our content for commercial use without prior written consent. Use of our materials is strictly limited to your personal business development.

4. Earnings Disclaimer
We make no financial guarantees. While testimonials and case studies may reflect real client outcomes, these are not typical results and are not promises of success. Your success depends on multiple factors including your experience, implementation, and external conditions.
We do not offer financial, legal, or tax advice.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your business outcomes and any decisions you make based on our coaching, tools, or strategies.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Third-party platform errors or service interruptions (e.g. Skool, Zoom, ThriveCart, Stripe)Actions taken by you as a result of participating in our programmes
Our total liability shall never exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service in question.

6. Conduct & Participation
You agree to:
Respect the confidentiality and privacy of all programme participants
Refrain from unsolicited promotion or disruptive behaviour in group calls and community spaces
Take full responsibility for your participation, time management, and implementation

We reserve the right to remove participants for breach of conduct without refund.

7. Skool Platform Access
Your programme access will be delivered via the Skool platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login. Misuse or sharing of your login credentials will result in termination of access.

8. Privacy
By enrolling, you consent to receive communications from us regarding your programme, bonus offers, or related resources. You may unsubscribe at any time.Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
