David's Story

David Roman is a brand strategist, positioning guide, and artist whose work lives at the intersection of simple strategy, powerful positioning, and genius-based leadership.

After a decade of working with hundreds of businesses, from early-stage brands to billion-dollar businesses (plus 3 brands of his own), he saw the same pattern repeat: when entrepreneurs force themselves into strategies and business models that don’t fit their energy, it always results in burnout and a business that feels heavy to run.

So he did what most avoid - stripped everything back, and rebuilt from genius up.

Today, through his Genius Positioning framework, he helps established coaches and experts reposition their brand around what makes them irreplaceable, and build a lean marketing engine that matches how they naturally work.
